| Résumé : | The Journal of Irish Archaeology was established in 1983 to publish and promote research into Irish archaeology and related European topics. Papers are accepted from authors currently working on prehistoric and historic period archaeology in Ireland and on relevant areas of theory and methodological innovation. Specialists working in ancillary disciplines are also welcome to contribute. The Journal is particularly interested in the publication of problem-orientated research and significant excavation reports. Researchers wishing to publish in the Journal should, in the first instance, contact the Editor for preliminary discussion. Guidelines for publication will then be issued and the paper submitted for peer review prior to publication. The Editor is assisted in this process by an Editorial Board made up of leading Irish archaeologists. The Journal is published by Wordwell ltd in association with the Institute of Archaeologists of Ireland. |
