| Résumé : | Glenn Patterson was born in Belfast in 1961. He was writer in residence at the universities of East Anglia and Cork and at Queen's University Belfast. Patterson's first novel, Burning Your Own (1988) won the Rooney Prize for Irish Literature and his second novel, Fat Lad (1992) was short-listed for the GPA Book Award. Black Night at Big Thunder Moutain was published in 1995, to be followed by The International in 1999. Patterson has also written some essays and television documentaries on Northern Irish culture and politics |
