The Old Library collection and archives are accessible for research purposes, by appointment.
Access to the collections of the Old Library is free of charge. Items can only be consulted on site.

Conditions of consultation
Upon arrival, the reader must leave a valid photographic ID with the library service, it will be returned at the end of the consultation.
A member of the library service is present at all times during the consultation. They are responsible for the security and correct handling of documents.
The Old Library, the reading room and the Historical Archives are under continuous surveillance and recording. This is to ensure a safe and secure environment for the public, library resources and the documents.
The reader must take great care of the documents that they are consulting and follow the advice given by the librarian. Failure to follow these instructions may result in refusal to access the documents.
